Mark Clifford - Survey Manager
Mark has over 20 years surveying experience working on multi-billion dollar projects such as the construction of the Curtis Island LPNG export terminal, Argyle Diamond Mine underground expansion; BHP Port Hedland export terminal expansion and multiple highway and bridge construction projects. Mark’s cadastral experience was developed in Brisbane on large developments such as North Lakes and Springfield Lakes. Mark is proud to partner with Toohey Survey Pty Ltd in Brisbane to work under their direction to bring a high level of Surveying practice to the Darling Downs.
Mark is passionate about finding the most efficient survey practices and working in partnership with clients and other Survey professionals to achieve the best project outcomes. He has a talent for identifying and communicating potential hazards within a multidisciplinary construction team and working solutions to avoid costly time losses and project remedial works. As well as Mark’s surveying talents, he has computer programing experience and creates custom programs to improve data handling efficiencies.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Spatial Science Technology and is registered with the Surveyors Board of Queensland.
Sally Clifford - General Manager
At just 24 years of age Sally started her own Quantity Surveying business specialising in Tax Deprecation Reports. After moving to the Darling Downs area to seek a better life for their children, at 34 she left quantity surveying to concentrate on her family. Not one to sit still for long, her administration and management skills were quickly snapped up by the local Christian College and she became their Registrar and Administration Manager.
Sally has holds a Masters of Business Administration with the Australian Institute of Business.
